The popular coffeehouse chain has a variety of blends using different coffee beans from around the world. Philz Coffee was founded by Phil Jaber who dedicated 25 years to creating the company’s one-of-a-kind coffee blend recipes. Every store grinds the beans and brews each cup of coffee fresh upon order for its customers. The company also offers its coffee beans in bulk at its stores, as well as online. The coffee chain’s mission involves putting people first by treating all customers with quality service, attention, and care. Philz Coffee leased a 1,795 SF space in the Calabasas shopping plaza.
Cienega Med Spa is one of Los Angeles’s top rated med spas that offers clients a range of non-invasive cosmetic procedures for face, body, and wellness. Chipotle Mexican Grill is now open at the Moorpark Marketplace, a 336,000 SF Target-anchored regional shopping center situated along New Los Angeles Avenue and the 23 Freeway. Leasing approximately 2,700 SF, Chipotle joins, Kohl’s, T.J. Maxx, Michael’s, Smart & Final, and In-N-Out Burger among other national and regional chain tenants. Randy’s Donuts, one of the most recognizable donut shops in the world, has executed a lease for a 1,500 SF endcap unit in the new pad development at the Stockdale Plaza in Bakersfield, joining California Fish Grill and Urbane Café. Although the COVID-19 pandemic has temporarily disrupted tenant openings in the project, new transactions and active lease negotiations with national tenants continue to progress forward on the remaining spaces. Construction of the two shell buildings has just been completed and tenants are anticipated to now proceed with their respective improvements, with the first openings projected for late Q3/Q4 of this year. This location will also offer a “Chipotlane” drive-thru, allowing customers the ease to place their order via the mobile app or website for rapid pickup without having to leave their vehicle. Joining anchors Target, Home Depot, Ross Dress for Less and Petsmart, among other national and regional chain tenants, this will be Chipotle’s second Palmdale location, complementing their existing unit to the west by serving the eastern portion of the trade area.
