Chipotle Mexican Grill has executed a lease in the well anchored Mart of Montebello, joining Vons, Marhsalls, and Ross. The new 2,092 SF Chipotle is situated adjacent to The Habit Burger Grill on a newly constructed restaurant building. Located in the heart of Montebello, the center is planned to undergo a significant remodel which will update the center. A large wall mural and local artists’ work will serve at the main aesthetic features with the redesigned center to be renamed the Montebello Mix.
