Ilona joined Cypress Retail Group in 2012 in the role of Administrative Marketing Manager. Since then, she has obtained her salesperson’s license and, under the tutelage of Bob Haas and Bob Walsh, she continues a comprehensive training program focusing on Landlord representation in the north Los Angeles trade area. Resourceful and detail oriented, Ilona has worked on a wide variety of projects for Landlord and Tenant clients, including corporate committee packages, tour preparation, market research and tenant canvassing. She plays a pivotal role in identifying and securing retail and restaurant tenants for shop space in numerous Landlord listings throughout the North Los Angeles area. Ilona is also an active member of the X-Team International Real Estate Brokerage Alliance, as well as the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
