This year’s RECon convention exuded a positive energy, bringing to light a more promising future for retail than seen in years’ past. Although many would say that growing vacancies in malls indicate a decline in the world of bricks-and-mortar retail, others are suggesting they are bringing more opportunity to mall owners.
