Anna-kay Earle brings a strong foundation in marketing, administration, and real estate operations to her role as Associate Broker at Cypress Retail Group. She began her career with the firm’s North Los Angeles office in 2021 as a Marketing & Administrative Assistant while earning her B.A. in Integrated Marketing Communications, Cum Laude, from Pepperdine University. In that role, Anna-kay supported senior brokers Bob and Matt Haas and served tenant clients, including Chipotle, and Darden Restaurants, in the North Los Angeles, Ventura, and Kern counties.

Anna-kay later became the Office Manager for a Los Angeles-based housing development firm, Eleos Ventures, where she coordinated maintenance teams, managed budgets for property management, and organized the company’s participation in industry events. Anna-kay’s time in development strengthened her ability to understand landlord needs and effectively represent their interests.

Now, as an Associate Broker, Anna-kay draws on her marketing expertise, operational background, and hands-on experience with landlords and tenants to actively source opportunities and deliver strategic leasing solutions. Anna-kay is committed to creating value and driving successful outcomes for the firm’s clients.
