Bob began his real estate career in 1984 at Coldwell Banker Commercial/CB Richard Ellis in Los Angeles, California. Bob was one of the original founding members of CBRE Commercial Retail Tenant Services Group in Southern California. In 1995 Bob Co-founded Cypress Retail Group with Scott Manclark, Bob Walsh, and Dave Binney.

Cypress Retail Group is celebrating its 30^th anniversary this year and Bob feels so fortunate to have worked alongside his son, Matt Haas, the past 14 years. Bob is also a founding member of X-Team International, a network of boutique retail brokerage houses nationally, Bob is an active member of ICSC and has served as a speaker at numerous industry meetings.
