Diya joined Cypress Retail Group in 2024 and supports the marketing and leasing of retail real estate projects. Her responsibilities include developing marketing materials, managing property listings, preparing submittal packages for national brand tenants, and conducting market research. She also maintains organized transaction records and assists with basic accounting tasks to help the team run efficiently.

Originally from Kern County, Diya moved to Ventura County to attend California State University, Channel Islands, where she is pursuing her B.S in Business. She now resides locally and applies her familiarity with the Central and Southern California regions to her work in commercial real estate.

While completing her degree, Diya earned her California real estate license in 2025 and continues to support the firm’s clients and projects across its portfolio.
