Matt joined Cypress Retail Group’s North Los Angeles office in 2012 as a part-time Marketing Assistant while completing his Marketing degree at California Lutheran University. He transitioned to a full-time Sales Associate role in 2014.

A Southern California native, Matt leverages his in-depth market knowledge to represent several national chain tenants, including Darden Restaurants, Chipotle, and Firehouse Subs, across Los Angeles, Ventura, and Kern counties. He also works on behalf of shopping center owners, currently representing nearly two million square feet of Class A retail space, and has assisted developers and investors with site acquisition, development, and lease-up of new projects. Matt is known for his client-first approach and commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Originally from Santa Clarita, Matt now lives in Thousand Oaks with his wife and two children. He is an active member of ICSC and a six-time CoStar Quarterly Power Broker award recipient.
