Scott began his real estate career in 1984 at CB Commercial Real Estate Group, Inc., where he specialized in retail leasing and sales in South Los Angeles County. Scott was frequently recognized as an industry and company leader, receiving numerous awards including Top Retail Producer – Companywide (1991), Top Producer, Retail Leasing – Companywide (1989) and Colbert Coldwell Circle (multiple). Scott was Senior Vice President when he resigned from CB Commercial in 1994 to start Cypress Retail Group with former CB Commercial associates, Bob Haas, Bob Walsh and Dave Binney. Since its inception, Cypress Retail Group has earned a reputation as one of the most respected real estate brokerage companies in Southern California.
