CosmoProf has recently executed a lease for a 3,358 SF space at The Summit in Calabasas, leaving only a final few units as still available in the center. National chain tenant and subsidiary of Sally Beauty Holdings, the concept specializes in the sale of beauty supplies, products and related accessories to licensed professionals. Set to be a flagship store, this location is anticipated to open late Q4 2019/early Q1 2020. Cypress Retail Group represented the landlord in this transaction.
