Former Bed Bath & Beyond Space in Westlake Village Leased to Club Studio

We are excited to announce that the former Bed Bath & Beyond space in Westlake Village has been leased to Club Studio, the premium boutique fitness concept from LA Fitness.

Club Studio will occupy 35,380 square feet, transforming the former retail space into a high-end fitness and wellness destination for the community. The concept is known for blending boutique-style fitness studios with a full-service gym experience, offering state-of-the-art equipment and luxury amenities.

Construction and tenant improvements are expected to begin soon, with an anticipated opening in late 2026/early 2027. Once completed, the new Club Studio location will bring a dynamic health and wellness offering to Westlake Village and further enhance the center’s mix of lifestyle-oriented tenants.
