California Fish Grill Opens in Bakersfield

California Fish Grill officially opened the doors of its west Bakersfield store this week. Securing a 2,800 SF end cap position with an outdoor patio area, the concept is the first tenant to open in the new pad development situated at the heavily trafficked intersection of California Avenue and Stockdale Highway, with Urbane Café and several other national and regional chain operators to follow in the coming months. Based out of Irvine, California Fish Grill is known for offering high quality, sustainably sourced seafood in a quick-serve format at affordable prices. Bob Haas and Matt Haas of Cypress Retail Group represented the landlord in the acquisition of the property, formerly occupied by Mexicali Restaurant, and have been responsible for the lease up of the new development.
