Chipotle Mexican Grill is Coming to Arroyo Grande!

Chipotle Mexican Grill has just executed a lease at the Arroyo Grande Center, further facilitating their expansion along California’s central coast. Located in the city of Arroyo Grande at the southwest corner of East Grand Avenue and Elm Street, one of the trade area’s primary intersections, the 85,757 square foot shopping center is currently undergoing a complete remodel. Chipotle will be joining Rite Aid, Car Quest and Starbucks, among other first class, well established local retailers. Anticipated to open November 17th, this location will serve to complement Chipotle’s existing restaurants in San Luis Obispo to the north and Santa Maria to the south, increasing their coverage along the 101 Freeway corridor, one of the state’s major north south arteries. Bob Haas of Cypress Retail Group represented the tenant in this transaction and will continue to play an integral role is Chipotle’s strategic expansion plans across central California and the larger North Los Angeles trade areas.
