Chipotle Mexican Grill Signs Lease at The Summit

The Summit at Calabasas is pleased to announce that Chipotle Mexican Grill will be joining their shopping center tenant roster in the Calabasas community. Chipotle will be an exquisite addition to an already exceptional line-up of tenants that includes Erewhon Market, Industry Bar & Grill and Jersey Mike’s. Chipotle, widely known as being a healthy, socially conscious eating destination, will complement The Summit well as it is one of the few eco-friendly shopping centers in the area. The vivacious burrito joint will surely flourish in its new location thanks to a sizeable nearby population of healthy eaters, numerous office buildings just around the corner and its prime spot on a heavily trafficked beach route.

Bob Haas and Matt Haas of Cypress Retail Group co-brokered this deal, representing both the tenant and landlord.
