Situated at the corner of Sand Canyon Road and Soledad Canyon Road, Sand Canyon Village is a Sprouts-anchored center with strong visibility, high traffic volumes, and a solid tenant mix—making the approx. 2,371 SF endcap an ideal location for Chipotle’s continued growth in the region.
