Chipotle Opens in Moorpark

Chipotle Mexican Grill is now open at the Moorpark Marketplace, a 336,000 SF Target-anchored regional shopping center situated along New Los Angeles Avenue and the 23 Freeway. Leasing approximately 2,700 SF, Chipotle joins, Kohl’s, T.J. Maxx, Michael’s, Smart & Final, and In-N-Out Burger among other national and regional chain tenants. Bob Haas of Cypress Retail Group represented the tenant in this transaction.
