Chipotle’s Second Camarillo Location Opening Soon at Central Plaza

Chipotle Mexican Grill is continuing its strategic expansion in Ventura County with a second location coming soon to Camarillo. The new restaurant is expected to open in late November 2025 at Central Plaza, located on Arneill Road.

The site is part of the recently renovated Central Plaza shopping center that features updated façades, signage improvements, and refreshed landscaping. The high visibility ±2,550 SF endcap location offers excellent access and serves a dense residential trade area, making it a strong fit for Chipotle’s growth strategy.

This transaction reflects continued demand from national tenants for well-located neighborhood centers in Ventura County.
