Coming soon to East Bakersfield… Urbane Café!

Urbane Café recently executed a lease south of Highway 178 in Bakersfield. This fast-casual restaurant that prides itself on serving farm fresh salads and sandwiches is set to open on the northwest corner of Mt. Vernon Ave and Mall View Rd. Urban Café joins Burgerim in a freestanding 4,000 square foot pad at the north end of the development. The project will be anchored by a 30,000 square foot Smart & Final and includes a number of additional quick serve restaurant users.
