European Wax Center Opens at Hasting Ranch in Pasadena

European Wax center has opened a new store in Pasadena at the Foothill Rosemead Marketplace. With over 826 locations nation-wide, the waxing center will occupy a 2,247 SF store in this neighborhood shopping center anchored by Ralphs, Harmon Face Values, Peet’s Coffee, and Jamba Juice. The deal was finalized by Cypress Retail Group’s Bob Walsh and Ilona Uribe, representing the Tenant, and Epsteen & Associates, representing the Landlord. The new store is strategically located to serve East Pasadena, Arcadia, Sierra Madre, and San Marino.
