Firehouse Subs to Open Two New Locations

Firehouse subs will be opening two new locations at the beginning of this month, further increasing their Southern California store count. Securing prime locations on some of the most heavily traveled arteries within the respective markets, the new Van Nuys and Ventura stores will serve to complement their existing North Los Angeles and Ventura County units. Recently ranked No. 1 by Newsweek in customer service for the fast-casual segment, an immensely competitive category, the brand has plans for continued expansion, where competitors have been forced to pull back. Matt Haas of Cypress Retail Group represented the tenant in both transactions and will continue to assist in identifying future locations for them throughout the greater Southern California trade area.
