V DTLA made its national debut in Downtown LA the weekend of September 14, 2019. Founded by tech-savvy restaurateurs out of Stockholm, the concept is creating a new segment within the industry by offering fine-dining food in a fast-casual, but very high-end atmosphere. The 5,600 SF restaurant features truly one-of-a-kind design elements that are sure to make a lasting impression.
