Noble House Home Furnishings Coming to Woodland Hills

Noble House Home Furnishing has recently executed a lease at the Nordstrom Rack-anchored regional shopping center located at the southwest corner of Canoga Avenue and Victory Boulevard in Woodland Hills. Taking over the 7,322 SF former Aaron Brothers space, Noble House will offer the sale of both indoor and outdoor home furnishings, fixtures, décor and other related items. With a national fulfilment reach almost in place through existing and planned warehouse locations, this will be the concept’s first retail storefront. Joining a list of well-known national and regional tenants including Saks OFF Fifth, LA Fitness and California Fish Grill, Noble House will be a welcome addition to one of the trade area’s most highly-sought after shopping centers. Bob Haas, Matt Haas and Bob Walsh of Cypress Retail Group represented the landlord in this transaction.
