Randy’s Donuts to Join New Pad Development in Bakersfield

Randy’s Donuts, one of the most recognizable donut shops in the world, has executed a lease for a 1,500 SF endcap unit in the new pad development at the Stockdale Plaza in Bakersfield, joining California Fish Grill and Urbane Café. Although the COVID-19 pandemic has temporarily disrupted tenant openings in the project, new transactions and active lease negotiations with national tenants continue to progress forward on the remaining spaces. Construction of the two shell buildings has just been completed and tenants are anticipated to now proceed with their respective improvements, with the first openings projected for late Q3/Q4 of this year. Bob Haas and Matt Haas of Cypress Retail Group are representing the landlord in the lease up of the development.
