Urbane Cafe Opens in Bakersfield

Urbane Café has opened its second Bakersfield location in the new pad development at Stockdale Plaza. The fast-casual chain is known for its sandwiches, salads and fresh baked focaccia bread prepared from scratch with locally sourced, farm-fresh ingredients. Urbane is the second tenant to open in the project, following California Fish Grill who opened last month. Bob Haas and Matt Haas of Cypress Retail Group represented the landlord in this transaction.
