Yard House Opens in Bakersfield

Yard House, a Darden concept restaurant, officially opened yesterday at the Shops at River Walk project on Stockdale Highway in Bakersfield. Occupying approximately 10,000 square feet, the restaurant features an extensive bar including 110 beers on tap and a menu with over 100 made-from-scratch dishes. With over 80 restaurants in operation nationwide, this unit is the concept’s 25th location in California. Bob Haas of Cypress Retail Group represented the tenant in this transaction.
