24 Hour Fitness to Join The Collection at Riverpark

24 Hour Fitness has executed a lease to join The Collection at Riverpark in Oxnard, CA. Totaling approximately 43,000 square feet, the club will consist of 28,000 square feet on the ground floor, with a second level of 15,000 square feet. Anchored by Whole Foods, Target, Century Theaters and REI, the 600,000 square foot newly built specialty retail center also contains various other shops, restaurants and entertainment venues. In addition to exceptional co-tenancy, the site also has excellent visibility to the 101 Freeway, which is the primary north to south artery running through the region. The new club, expected to open during the third quarter of 2014, will be situated to serve not only the community of Oxnard, but the surrounding communities as well.
