PizzaRev Continues Expansion Throughout Southern California

PizzaRev continues its expansion throughout the Southern California area by recently executing leases in Burbank, East Pasadena and Van Nuys.

The downtown Burbank site, scheduled to open in December 2013, is located at the East Palm Avenue Promenade, adjacent to the AMC Theaters, one of the highest grossing theaters nationally. Other area tenants include Chipotle, Panera Bread, Starbuck’s, Gap, Urban Outfitters and many more.

PizzaRev is currently on track to open in East Pasadena during the 1st quarter of 2014. The new store is at 3455 E. Foothill Blvd., next to Hook Burger, directly adjacent to The Hastings Village Power Center, which has tenants such as Bed Bath & Beyond, Nordstrom Rack, Dick’s and Chipotle.

PizzaRev will be opening their Van Nuys location, on the NEC of Van Nuys Blvd. & Burbank Blvd., in the 1st quarter of 2014 as well. The great visibility of this site coupled with strong cotenants such as Chipotle and Starbuck’s, will allow PizzaRev to take advantage of the incredible density throughout this area.
