Chipotle and PizzaRev Open at The Oaks Mall

PizzaRev and Chipotle Mexican Grill have opened at Macerich Development’s The Oaks Mall to serve Thousand Oaks and the surrounding communities in Ventura County’s largest and most coveted retail center. Bob Haas and Bob Walsh of Cypress Retail Group executed leases on behalf of both Chipotle and and PizzaRev, which will help them penetrate the suburban Conejo Valley. Located just off the 101 Freeway, one of Southern California’s most heavily trafficked arteries, the mall has long been a shopping destination for consumers residing in cities miles away. The two new stores, located in a newly constructed multi-tenant restaurant building adjacent to Muvico Theatres, will provide movie goers and shoppers alike with new fast dining. A third restaurant, Urban Plates, is scheduled to open in the same project in late 2016.
