City of Industry to Welcome Second Chipotle Location

Chipotle Mexican Grill will open its second location in the City of Industry having recently executed a lease in a Superior Grocers anchored center. Bob Walsh of Cypress Retail Group represented Chipotle in the transaction which will open a 2,161 SF store in a new freestanding building on well traveled Valley Boulevard. With co-tenants The Flame Broiler, See’s Candies, Subway, Denny’s and Starbucks, the site will serve the dense industrial area as well as pull local customers to the north.
