Chipotle to Join Victory Plaza Shopping Center

Bob Walsh of Cypress Retail Group recently executed a lease on behalf of Chipotle Mexican Grill obtaining a 2,100 SF portion of a restaurant pad in the Victory Plaza Shopping Center in the Valley Glen neighborhood of North Hollywood. The restaurant building, formerly occupied by Golan Restaurant, will be reconstructed to house Chipotle and other fast casual retail concepts. Victory Plaza will receive a new facade which will bring a fresh and architecturally pleasing design to the center. Chipotle will join existing anchor tenants; LA Fitness, Vallarta Supermarkets and CVS Pharmacy, and will serve the North Hollywood trade area well due to its central location along Victory Blvd near Coldwater.
