Firehouse Subs Secures Prime Location Adjacent to Outlets at Tejon

Firehouse Subs has executed a lease just off of the 5 Freeway in Lebec, furthering their growth in Southern California. Firehouse Subs, a premier sandwich restaurant specializing in steamed meats and quality ingredients, secured a 1,800 square foot spot next to Chipotle Mexican Grill and will join Panda Express, Starbucks and McDonald’s at what is known as The Tejon Stop just north of the Grapevine along Hwy 5. The new location is situated just west of the Outlets at Tejon, a major shopping destination that pulls customers from as far north as Bakersfield and as far south as Los Angeles. Matt Haas and Ilona Uribe of Cypress represented Firehouse Subs in the deal and continue to assist in securing prime locations for the company. The location is scheduled to open in December 2016.
