New Firehouse Location in Ventura!

Firehouse Subs, considered one of the top franchises in the nation, has just executed a lease at the Bed Bath & Beyond Plaza in Ventura, further facilitating their expansion throughout the county.  Taking over the 1,820 SF endcap space formerly occupied by Santa Barbara Chicken Ranch, the new store will be situated right along Main Street, a primary artery through the trade area. Planning to open fall of this year, Firehouse Subs will be a welcome addition to the center and surrounding communities. Cypress Retail Group represented both the tenant and landlord in this transaction.
