Sunpower by Green Convergence Opens in Calabasas! Chipotle Opening Soon!

The Summit at Calabasas welcomed Sunpower by Green Convergence, a leader in the residential and commercial solar panel industry. The new 1,100 square foot Sunpower showroom is a fine addition to The Summit, a state-of-the-art green shopping center that is anchored by Erewhon Organic Grocer & Café and houses other outstanding tenants such as Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center, Home Consignment Center, Industry Bar & Grill and Jersey Mike’s. Located just off of the 101 Freeway, one of the main north/south arteries in Southern California, the new location is positioned well for daily traffic and residential populations. Matt Haas of Cypress represented the landlord in this transaction.

Chipotle Mexican Grill will soon be joining The Summit at Calabasas and is scheduled to open November 2016. Bob Haas of Cypress represented both Chipotle and the landlord in this deal.
