The Habit to Join the Northgate Shopping Center

Cypress Retail Group is excited to announce that The Habit Burger Grill is under construction in the Northgate Plaza located at the SEC corner of Thousand Oaks Blvd and Westlake Blvd in Westlake Village. The new store will take a 2,222 square foot portion of the former Famous Dave’s that has been repurposed for three smaller restaurant concepts. The Habit, a popular burger joint founded in Southern California, will be an excellent addition to the center and will serve shoppers and residents that frequent the Northgate Shopping Center. Bob Haas and Matt Haas of Cypress represented the landlord in this deal.
