The Boiling Crab to Open in Westwood Village

The Boiling Crab, a fresh Cajun-style seafood restaurant focused on providing an atmosphere with warm hospitality and spending quality time with family and friends, is currently under construction in a 9,000 SF location in Westwood Village that was previously occupied by Westwood Brewing Company. With 12 locations open in California, 1 in Nevada and 1 in Texas, this new restaurant will be their 5th in Los Angeles County. Dave Binney of Cypress Retail Group represented the Tenant in this transaction, and will continue to assist in their expansion plans through Southern California.
